Our nationally recognized staff and coaches represent some of the finest instruction and support in the country. There are many group lessons, semi-private and private lessons available for all ages and abilities.

Learn To Skate
Participants in the Ice Center Learn to Skate Program receive free skate rental during classes, 1 complimentary public session per class and 10% off in the pro shop while enrolled.
Make-up Policy - The Group Lesson schedule does not allow for students to make up classes during the term.
Session I: Tuesday, April 8 - May 20
Session II: Saturday, April 11 - May 24
Bonus: During the seventh week of class all Group Lesson Skaters will enjoy
an in-house competition and celebration of their skating development
in our annual Meltdown Event. Competition activities will be during the skater's regular class time.
Beginner
Tot: Have fun learning ice skating basics in a game-oriented class.
Pre Alpha: Stopping, gliding, forward and backward swizzles.
Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 11:30 am - noon
Advanced Beginner
Alpha: Forward crossovers, stroking, snowplow stops.
Beta: Backward crossovers, backward stroking, T-stops.
Gamma/Delta: Turns, beginning jumps, forward edges.
Intro to Freestyle: Beginning jumps & spins, backward edges.
Freestyle: Single rotation jumps, change foot spins, footwork.
Tuesday: 6:00 - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 11:00 - 11:30 am
Adult Class
Learn forward and backward swizzles, one and two foot glides, stroking, two-foot turns, eduges, forward and backward crossovers.
Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 11:30 - noon
Freestyle
Advanced: Introduction to Freestyle & Freestyle 1, 2 & 3)
Beginning jumps and spins, dance steps sequences.
Session III: Thursday, April 10 - May 22, 2008
Thursday: 5:15 - 6:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday for Advanced Beginners: 6:00 - 6:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday for Beginners & Adults: 6:30 - 7:00 pm
Skate Camp: July 28 – August 1
For Alpha through Freestyle 5 skaters, learn power, ice dance, level maneuvers and performance.
Monday through Friday: 10:00 - 2:00 pm
Fee: $175. $25 discount for each additional family member.
SPECIAL EVENTS
"Meltdown" Competition
The Ice Center is "melting down" May 24 through June 23. This is a fun in-house competition for Group Lesson skaters to show off their skating skills.
The competition activities will be showcased during the last day of Spring Session Group Lesson classes. This is am ISI endorsed event. All participants must be ISI members. Add $13 to your Spring Session registration fee for the ISI membership.
SPRING BREAK SPECIAL
Private instruction, however, is available at the "Try-A-Coach" rate of $15/ 20 minute lesson during Spring Break.

High Test Challenge

Customize your training program! Select a package of sessions to suit your training goals and pay a discounted fee.
Training Course #1: One Off-Ice + 6 Freestyles + 2 Clinics = $60.00/week
Training Course #2: One Off-Ice + 9 Freestyles + 3 Clinics = $90.00
Training Course #3: Two Off-Ice Sessions + 12 Freestyles + 4 Clinics = $120/week

REGISTRATION POLICY
Programs not meeting their minimum number of participants are subject to cancellation. If you register for a class that cancels due to low enrollment, our staff will notify you of alternative days and times available or issue a refund or credit. If you register mid-term, fees are prorated. A $10 non-refundable administration fee is included in all registrations. Dropouts after the second week of classes are not eligible for cash credit, but a class credit will be issued and applied to group lessons. (Must be used within one year of cancellation date).
